Deposit Policy

Tooth & Nail Artists will require a deposit for EVERY appointment booked. Once an appointment is made and a deposit is left, your artist will budget and schedule time to research and prepare for your tattoo, before the appointment date. 

The deposit is put towards the time the artist will use prior to your appointment in addition to keeping your appointment booked in the schedule.

Missing or not showing up for an appointment results in a loss of, not only the artists reserved scheduled time, but their preparation time as well.

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS to our Artist’s time and their other clients who are also patiently waiting to be tattooed.

A deposit is left to help offset the time spent.

While last minute emergencies do happen, we try to keep our cancellation policy as fair as possible In order to accommodate those events. Any changes to this will be at the artist/owner’s discretion.

 

The deposit policy is as follows:

  • Please give us 48 hours of advance notice prior to the appointment by emailing your artist about a cancellation/reschedule. 
  • If 48 hours notice is given, your appointment can be rescheduled at the artist’s discretion.
  • Deposits can only be transferred for 1 reschedule. Any further reschedules will require a new deposit
  • If you cancel your appointment with the 48 hour grace period, you will forfeit your deposit. A reschedule will be up to the artist’s discretion. 
  • If you no-call/no-show your artist, the artist and shop reserves the right to not book you for a future tattoo.
  • If you change your idea, please contact your artist with enough time to make the change. Your deposit may be withheld at the artist’s discretion and you may need to leave a new deposit for the new idea.
  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
